The Death Rider bomber jacket: design and illustration
In the motorcycle world, numbers carry a lot of meaning. We chose one of the most iconic numbers, 13, for our bomber jacket. So, why is this number important and what is its impact on pop culture? Many believe it to be a bringer of misfortunes, an “unlucky” number. For example, Friday the 13th is believed to be an unlucky day. Whether or not that is true, we bikers shall not run in fear: we live on the edge, facing danger is our cup of tea. In addition to the number 13, we chose another symbol, the helmet-wearing skull, as an illustration, both on the front and the back of the jacket. As for its design, we made the Death Rider “Thirteen” Bomber Jacket with the urban style in mind and it fits tightly on the body. Our bomber comes with multiple zipped pockets, even an inside pocket.
